The Midland Ghost White Pepper Sauce was originally called “duck sauce”. It came about on a duck hunt near Hurtsboro, Alabama. After a long day of hunting, the hunters spent the better part of the evening revisiting the days stories only to realize the ducks had not been prepared for dinner.
